There are different age requirements for the different race categories.

You have to be 13 years and above as of 2013 to participate in the 5km category of the race.
You have to be 16 years and above as of 2013 to participate in the 10km category of the race.
You have to be 18 years and above as of 2013 to participate in the 21.1km category of the race.

You can make payment by VISA or Mastercard through the online payment portal which you will be directed to after you've duly completed your registration.

Replace the first 4 alphanumeric characters of your NRIC/ Passport with 4 capital ‘X' and key in the remaining characters of your NRIC/ Passport as your coupon code to enjoy the discount.

All registrants of the Great Eastern Women's Run 2012 who register for the 2013 race will be entitled to a loyalty discount*.

Group registration discounts are only applicable to groups consisting of 15 people or more.
You can register in a group if you are registering for more than 15 persons. Group registrations are entitled to a *5% discount.

*Note that the discount is only applicable for early bird and normal periods.

You will receive a confirmation slip upon your successful registration.

Successful applicants will also be able to log in to the competitors' login area. In the login area, participants will be able to print out their race confirmation slips as well as edit their personal particulars should changes be required.

Note that you will need to produce your printed confirmation slip together with your NRIC/ Passport when you collect your Race Entry Pack at the Race Pack Collection.

The withdrawal and entry policy of the Great Eastern Women's Run 2013 is as follows:-

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal notifications must be in writing either by post or email. The date of withdrawal will be as postmarked on the envelope, or in the email header. Telephone and verbal messages of withdrawal will not be accepted.

Participants who withdraw before 10th October 2013 will receive a refund of 50% of the paid race fee. This refund will be credited back to the credit card used during the original entry. Payments made by cash will be refunded by cheque.

Refunds will be issued following the event or in each administration period.

There will be no refunds made for all withdrawals submitted after 1700hrs on 10th October 2013.

No. Joining of multiple categories is not allowed due to safety issues.

There could be several reasons:
- The email has been blocked by your mail server and/ or treated as spam.
- Your registration was not successful.
- Error in your email address.

Please check your registration status via the competitors' login on the Great Eastern Women's Run 2013 website, reconfirm your email address and resend the confirmation slip through the online tracking system.
